Renee White Fraser
Renee White Fraser, PhD, was recently honored as one of the “50 Influential Women in Los Angeles” by Los Angeles Magazine and named one of the “Ten Brightest Women in Advertising” by Advertising Age, CEO/Founder Renee White Fraser has grown Fraser Communications into one of the top independent advertising agencies in Los Angeles and one of the fastest growing woman-owned businesses in the U.S.
As a full-service communications agency, Fraser Communications creates award-winning, integrated advertising and public relations campaigns for such clients as Toyota, Business Wire, Metropolitan Water District, MarketSmith, East West Bank, Southern California Gas Company, First 5 California and UCLA (University of California, Los Angeles). The firm won “2011 Agency of the Year — Digital Media” by thinkLA, and its campaigns have received numerous industry accolades as well as national media recognition.
Renee has distinguished herself and her company by giving back to the community. She serves on the national board of Volunteers of America as well as the boards of United Way of Los Angeles and WISE and Healthy Aging. Renee co-chairs the Business Leaders Task Force to end homelessness in Los Angeles, a joint effort between United Way and the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce. She was honored with the National Alliance to End Homelessness award in 2011 for her contributions in the struggle to end homelessness.
Renee also has a successful show on CBS Radio called Unfinished Business where she and co-host Betsy Berkhemer-Credaire encourage and inspire entrepreneurship among listeners. She has won many awards for her leadership and mentoring of other women in business, including the 2007 National Association of Women Business Owners Legacy Award.
Renee earned her PhD in Psychology from the University of Southern California, where she has more recently served as an adjunct professor at the Annenberg School of Communications.
